Cook times in the NuWave Oven?

NuWave Oven

I love to cook, but don’t very often, unfortunately. However, seeing as I’m moving in with my boyfriend soon, I decided to work out the kinks and freshen up on my cooking skills by volunteering for dinner duty all week.

The majority of my meals are things that I have proficient experience with- veggies, stir fries, baking- but I don’t have any experience with steak cuts and baked potatoes, so I’m taking this opportunity to learn. My grandmother (live with my grandparents since my separation and divorce) recently bought a NuWave Oven, so I figured I ought to try them in that, since it’s a common appliance type for apartments and my boyfriend and I are sure to get one. But she’s lost her recipe book!

Can anyone tell me the cook times for-
A) Baked potatoes- 3, totaling just over 3 lbs
B) Steak- both medium and well cooked

I hope I can get the potatoes’ time by morning, since I’m doing them tomorrow, but I have till Friday for the steaks!

I have never used the NuWave oven, but I found this link to recipes for it:

Just glancing through them, I have to say things cook just slightly faster than in a regular oven.

I would allow 30-45 minutes for the baked potato and 5-8 minutes per side for the steak, depending on how well done you like it. The advantage is you can see the food, so just keep an eye on it and I’m sure you will do fine.
