Nuwave Oven Pro

Hog spit roasting. We roast wild pigs on this spit. The speed is variable and it has an emergency stop. The closed cabinet holds the heat, we only need les then 10Kg charcoal for a 25 kg wild pig and cook it in les the 6 hours. We spray the pig with apple juice to hold it moist and give it a sweet taste.
