Any items mentioned or shown I purchased for my own use. You can use this quick and easy recipe to get more protein in first thing in the morning. Ingredients: 1 Slice of Sargento Medium Cheddar Cheese 1tbs jalepenos 1 light Italian Flatout 1/4 cup EggBeaters 1/4 cup of Best Life Egg Whites (mix with egg beaters) 1/2 cup of deli turkey (you can substitue the meat you like) Calories: 355 Protein: 48g Fat: 11g Carbs: 19g Fiber: 9g Sugar: 1g
