How do you fry vs bake vs grill in NuWave Oven?

NuWave Oven

I just purchased my Nuwave Oven. They have a recipe book but nothing specific about as far as the difference if I want to fry chicken or bake it. If I want a grilled steak or a broiled one do I just change the heights or adjust the power setting?

    just adjust it to whatever youre cooking, read the manual:)
