well, a few nights ago, we had my grandparents over for dinner, and we cooked a frozen chicken on the nuwave. it only took about 2 1/2 hours to cook, but the chicken was soooooooo good. to make the chicken’s taste pop, put marinated sauce on the chicken before cooking. the chicken gets dark, but just turn it over after an hour and 1/2 to make the other side brown.
Hope this advice on cooking the chicken really helped. enjoy the deliciousness of the chicken.
By the way, idk of any other thing that would work that cooks chicken just as good!
I cook “fried” chicken all the time in my nuwave oven. I normally just use drumsticks. I put a LIGHT coat of fried chicken seasoning on the outside of each piece and cook them on high power for a total of 29 minutes (13 flip 16). It works for me and my 3 year old daughter, who can be a very picky eater, will often ask me to cook chicken drumsticks this way.
I would like to say that i have done chicken in my nu wave twice both time chicken was moist and couldn’t be leave the grease in drip pan that I don’t eat any more, cant wait to do the turkey in the nu wave
